International Association for Art Ecology (IAAE) to Officially Launch … Inaugural Exhibition BEGINNING to Open

The International Association for Art Ecosystem Research (IAAE), a nonprofit institution that views art as an "ecosystem" linked with society, regions, and institutions, will officially launch on March 21 with its inaugural exhibition BEGINNING at Gallery Yiseo in Seongsu-dong, Seoul.

The archive-style exhibition brings together artists, curators, and specialists from Korea and abroad, and features BREATHING RESILIENCE—an immersive installation by Walter Erra Hubert and John Detemple, recommended by the U.S.-based Building Bridges Art Foundation (BBIX).

Chairperson Jeon Hye-yeon said she hopes the exhibition will serve as "a dynamic point of departure that links art and society, the local and the global."
